Full Service Cleaning & Maintenance
Regular servicing of your PTAC unit(s) is the best way to protect your investment and ensure that the machine is operating in a cost efficient manner.

Test run machine
Check freon levels
Check amperage and all electrical wiring (repair if necessary)
Power wash entire machine, including condenser coils
Straighten fin coils to ensure proper air flow
Clean or replace filter
*Service is typically performed at our shop.  However, arrangements can be made for on-site service for interested building managers.
